On March 29, American Energy Society will release Empowering Impact, a new report on all energy- and climate-tech incubators and accelerators in the US. These programs are creating tomorrow's energy today.* 

This issue of Energy Today does the opposite. It explores where are we now and where we were a few years ago. Each topic offers a variety of interactive media about current trends along with a re-published article to remind us of where we once were. The common denominator? Hope. All four articles show us that we've come a long way. Readers are encouraged to do their own comparisons.
